It's a show that was on Showtime and Season 4 is right around the corner(I Think)

So in all aspects of fun, We'll show an episode of TSCC and then after that Terminator 3 and then Weeds. It's more of an 18 and older thing with weeds, so that's just how it goes

Green Machine Fallen

Green Machines have fallen 104.3 to 105.7

What a bummer. Donald only had to get 10 points, but he decided to get 8.5 and drop 4 passes in the cold.

What a shame.

That's good though because I technically ran from 15(out of 16)
to 10th

Seahawks WIN!!!!

The Seahawks Win today, and they have raised their Record to 4-11. There were many highlights, like the two interceptions by Josh Wilson, the touchdown grab by Carlson, were a few.

Final Score? 13-3.


Final Game? No that's next week against the Cardinals.

I hope for sure we make em 8-8!!!

Makin Friends in New Places

The one cool thing about doing Broadcasting is that you can find people of similar tastes. I honestly have found some of he more comfortable relationships online because there is still a good portion of trust to be involved between people. That's the kind of relationships that are worth it to me.

These blogs also allow another part of ourselves to emerge. I'm just hoping it's the right direction.
I meet many people I have much in common with, with similar goals.

Green Machines Preview Consolation Championship

Here is the Green Machines vs Stimpson's Squad.

Stimpsons Squad is a great team, I can't believe he's in the consolation bracket because he's team is far more talented than mine. He's got Donovan McNabb and Adrian Peterson for pete's sake!!!!!!!

I, on the other hand have gone through 7 quarterbacks, and four wide receivers. But this patchwork team is putting it together when it counts. First winning streak is in the playoffs,(great time to have it)

So as you can see, I have a bunch of guys that are good, and a few guys that aren't pure starters (Stewart and F.Jackson) but pretty productive. With Plaxico Burress and Hasselbeck, then Young(etc) all being huge disappointments it's a patchwork team at best. His team has some real stars and I will have to get lucky to beat him. I'm just glad this season is nearly over. It has been a painful year for a Seattle sports fan, so it's really a time to say that it was the year that wasn't. Go Green Machines, put a little icing on that cake!

Finals Are OVER!!!!

Final day of school, so there will be much more time to update and play on the blog. I've been completely drained from this and that while trying to broadcast. It was funny today.  Got my sick nephew to substitute broadcast for me today, so it centered on Thundercats and Sarah Connor and he did a good job! He didn't have admin rights, or mod skills, but he kept the chat alive and played different movies quite a bit.  I checked in on him from work a couple of times, and read and cleared the text, so it seems like he did the trick.

I had 12 viewers and they seemed pretty cool with what he played. He even took a vote or two to decide on what he played! He was a host with no privvies, but it was better since I was not broadcasting.

So here comes the Green Machines, looking to extend their first winning streak(in the playoffs, of all places)!!!!

Persona 4 Is Awesome

This game has already taken more time out of my schedule, other than my broadcasting that I'm doing. It's freakin hard though. It feels like playing the answer on normal, which wasn't easy to begin with. Most people usually don't have enough time for this game. I know for one that I'm going to put at least a hundred hours in this baby.

Graphics are on par with the previous version, but that's sort of secondary. There have been a ton of improvements to the system, which almost all of them are good. You just don't understand how great it is to hit square and instantly go wherever you choose.

I must warn you though. Other than God of War, this is probably the most mature game out on the system. It has excellent writing and challenge, which for some of us older school gamers who dive terribly deep into a challenging title, it is a godsend

I'm giving it a 9.5 out of 10. The only reason I'm giving it that is the sheer amount of time needed to complete the game. But other than that, it is hands down the best role playing game of the year and a must buy for any RPG player with a pulse.

Green Machines Victorious!!

Green Machines is now in the Championship round of the Consolation Bracket.

They have defeated Tangoed Whiskey Man by a score of 99.36 to 66.98!!

My next opponent for 9th place honors is Stimpson's squad. He's loaded too.

Adrian Peterson, Donovan McNabb, etc. I hope that I have a chance, but this guy averages way more points than I do. But I am on a two game winning streak, so I should have momentum right?

I think that for whatever reason, it's gotta be huge because he's the biggest Seahawks fan I know. And I've known guys like Big-Lo, Cannonball, Mr and Mrs Seahawk, etc, and I can tell you, they may be bigger superfans, but Steffes has always had them beat when it comes to Seahawk Knowledge.

I'm just glad that I was invited for the Seahawks Addicts Experts League.

Green Machines In Battle!!!

Well, my fantasy team is fighting a rubber match of sorts in the Seahawks Addicts Fantasy League.

Just Like the Seahawks, my team has been decimated by crappy quarterback play, and injuries.



Tangoed Whiskey Man is my opponent this week. He's already beaten me twice this year. One was a game where he picked up a player(Buckhalter) And Proceeded to beat me with that player that week. How Frustrating! But the good news is that I beat someone last week who beat me twice in the season. So as a no 15 seed, things are looking up!!

I'll post more on this issue when I get home from work.

The Moroccan X-MAS

The Office Was Funnier Than Heck Last Night.


Talk about some funny moments. Here's a recap..

Phyllis throws a Moroccan-themed Christmas party as her first Christmas party as head of the Party Planning Committee. Alcohol is served at the party, which Meredith takes full advantage of. She gets intoxicated and her hair catches on fire while she is dancing around. Dwight puts out the fire with an extinguisher and the party comes to a halt.
(Very Similar to his macing of Roy a few seasons ago. Man he can move fast)
Michael has everyone sit in a circle and discuss how Meredith's alcoholism affects them (his intervention). Meredith continues to deny her alcoholism so the rest of the office find it best to go back to the party. Michael then talks with Meredith in his office and after a while, they leave the office building. Meredith is told by Michael that he was going to take her to a bar, but he actually takes her to a rehabilitation center. When Meredith sees this, she tries to escape, but Michael grabs her and drags her into the center. However, Michael learns that the staff will not check anyone in against their will, so he and Meredith leave and head back to the office.
Dwight researched what the most popular toy of the current Christmas season: a doll named "Princess Unicorn", which is a princess with a unicorn horn on its head.
Her Theme is "My Horn Can Pierce the sky!"
Dwight bought every doll he could attain out of all the local toy stores and explains he is going to sell the dolls to desperate parents for an enormous profit. Jim is skeptical that people would pay a high price for a doll, but he watches numerous customers come in through out the day to purchase a doll from Dwight, paying the price that he set ($200). Toby wants to buy a doll for his daughter Sasha so he can make his ex-wife angry at him for being the hero to Sasha this Christmas. When he goes to Dwight to purchase one, he finds that Darryl has already purchased the last one. Toby begs Darryl to the point where he almost cries, and Darryl offers to sell it to him for twice he paid for. Toby tells him that he doesn't have the money with him, but Darryl allows him to pay him back later, and Toby becomes visibly happy. He is, however, slightly shocked when the doll he gets is a black version of the doll, but he nevertheless remains happy.
Throughout the day, Phyllis continues to order Angela around to do various tasks for the party, such as putting away her Nativity scene and taking away the Christmas tree as neither of those are in the theme of Moroccan Christmas. When Phyllis tells Angela to bring back the Christmas tree after Michael and Meredith leave, Angela refuses, telling Phyllis she's done fulfilling her demands. Phyllis threatens to inform everyone of Angela's affair with Dwight, but Angela still refuses as Phyllis would no longer be head of the Party Planning Committee if she did. Phyllis starts to head towards the door, but turns around and tells everyone that Angela is having an affair with Dwight, much to everyone's shock.(The room is Completely Silent)
Angela is visibly upset while Dwight is visibly amused. Pam claims that she knew it all along, which Jim doesn't believe, but then decides to believe her in the spirit of Christmas. Andy , however, was in the annex learning to play a sitar when Phyllis revealed this. At the end of the episode, he comes back to the main office to play a Christmas song on the sitar before Angela asks him to take her home, and the rest of the office decide not to reveal to Andy what Phyllis said. Which in my opinion is probably the best thing.

I'm more leaning towards Mike "P-Hands" Parker and tend to agree that we should work on either protection for Hass, or an explosive player like Crabtree.

Persona 4

Persona 4 Just came out recently, and I plan on picking up my copy tomorrow. An early Xmas present for sure.

This will probably be on of the last true Great RPG's left on the release schedule for the PS2.

After the release of Persona 3 FES, the demand for this game has gotten really huge. 

The copy I'm getting will be on Pre-Order, so there is a free Art Book that's coming as well. I'll post more on the game tomorrow once I get my hands wet on it.

Where Did The Catalyst GO?

Well, it seems to me that we are getting to the end of Heroes again for Season 3. I have recently watched the Dec 8th Episode "Our Father" three times lately, and it is confusing.

Here's the synopsis:

To stop Arthur once and for all, Hiro and Claire travel back 16 years in time to when Hiro's father, Kaito, handed baby Claire to Noah, while Peter teams up with the Haitian, only to be intercepted by Sylar. In the meantime, Mohinder has a major breakthrough in the formula that will change everything. 

The problem is, there is a big issue with some of these time travels and it has directly been affected by the Catalyst that has changed hands. 

To makes a long story short, Hiro's Mother was the holder of the light, or "Catalyst" that was needed to make the final step in the formula that will give everyone powers.

She also was a healer, and once she recognizes that a future hiro is in front of her, she helps him by restoring his memories. This prompts him to ask her for the catalyst, so he can protect it better. He then meets Claire on the roof.

But then immediately Arthur travels back at that point, and just freezes Hiro again, and then proceeds to steal his powers, along with the light.

My problem with this is, Why is Hiro So Helpless whenever he's around him? The only thing he's managed to do twice is have Arthur seriously mess him up. 

Secondly, does Claire still have the catalyst in her? Obviously, the answer is no but the other question is: Wouldn't they be seriously changing the future the moment Hiro takes the catalyst, and wouldn't that change the timeline that they were in? Wouldn't the whole situation change for them, ala the Butterfly Effect? 

I just think that writers really opened up a bunch of holes with this last episode.

 Arthur is dead, killed by technically Peter and Sylar (Peter shot, and Sylar stopped and then let the bullet fly after finding out Arthur was lying to him about being his daddy) and the catalyst seems to be just up in thin air.

So apparently this will will be the only "Superpower Cocktail" to be made. Once this well is dry the Catalyst will probably never be used. But we'll see.

And in the Season Finale next week, there will be a plane crash and we won't know on who survives until next season. Sort of like Lost but with superpowers. So we'll be left on a cliff hanger and the holidays to ponder them. :-(
